Since its inception in 2008, SAHIC -the premier Hotel Investment Conference in South America- is organized by the team leaded by Arturo García Rosa and Graciana Garcia Iribarne, Managing Director of HVS Buenos Aires.
This conference is a unique event since it rotates to a different South American country each year, attracting new attendees and providing its audience with an opportunity to explore the culture of the host city selected. With more than 30 years in the industry, Arturo, an acknowledged leader in South America’s hospitality and tourism sectors, begun his consultancy career after eleven years as VP & Managing Director of the renowned Alvear Palace Hotel, opening RHC Hospitality consulting in 1995. In 2000 he established HVS Buenos Aires, being managed by Graciana since 2008.
The team operates actively throughout Latin America -mainly in Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica and Ecuador- offering a wide range of services to both the hotel and tourism sector, as well as to the Real Estate industry.
