Projections indicate a continued upward trajectory, with the market expected to reach $473 billion by the end of 2023 and a staggering $887.5 billion by 2027. These statistics highlight the growing significance of wellness in reshaping the industry.


Is AI the next key for Real Estate Developers?

Because AI can make personal recommendations, build trips, and create itineraries, its uses in the travel implications are endless. At present, AI is used in our daily lives. In the travel industry, it’s reach is already very popular in customer service (e.g., chatbots) and at the backend, doing the work of programmers, call center personnel, and increasing productivity, and of course trip planning (e.g., lots of ChatGPT plug-ins and curated content).


Shouldn’t eco hotels have blown by now?

Yet, in the hotel & tourism industry, we don't see eco hotels blown and over tourism is still a massive problem, which tells us that there is a clear gap between what people say and how they act. In other words, evidence shows that the money is not where the mouth is.
