Alberto is the SVP of Sales for the Service Optimization solution, HotSOS, a workforce and operations system, at Amadeus Hospitality.  With over 20 years of experience in hospitality technology, he leads a dynamic team of specialists which help hotels understand how they can solve industry challenges including labor effectiveness, team & guest engagement, speed to service, and environmental & sustainability goals.  

By focusing on how operations management can positively impact revenue and profitability, he and the team provide a seamless approach to process improvement around asset management and operations including housekeeping and engineering.   This ensures an efficient and sustainable environment to meet and exceed guest expectations and brand standards.   Over the years, he has helped HotSOS become a trusted solution for hotels across the world.  

An engaging leader of the hospitality technology industry, Alberto is based out of his hometown of Miami, Florida.  An avid traveler and family man, he has an affinity for food, culture, cigars, music, sports, and other libations.  He is fluent in English, Spanish, and constantly working to improve his Portuguese.  He is proudly supported in life by his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.
