Diogo pioneered Condo Hotels and Hotel Asset Management services in the region, and now HotelInvest continues to be the market leader in hotel asset management revenues, quality of services, and overall client satisfaction.

Bringing greater sophistication to Brazilian condo hotel investors, he structured and implemented the Maxinvest Hotel Fund (2007). The fund, the first of its kind in Brazil, currently managed by Banco BTG-Pactual and HotelInvest, was ranked the country’s most profitable Real Estate Investment Fund in 2019.
