Edouard Schwob serves as Accor’s Senior Vice President of Development for Luxury Americas and Global Raffles & Orient Express, leveraging 20 years of expertise in high-profile hotel acquisitions and asset management. Previously, he held the position of Executive Vice President in the Strategic Advisory & Asset Management division at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality Group.

Edouard possesses a diverse skill set, spanning comprehensive development programming, market assessments, lease negotiations, and strategic advisory assignments. Noteworthy projects include the Crillon Paris, Baccarat New York, Fouquet’s NY, and The Plaza Hotel. He has also transacted on both the sell-side and buy-side over $1.5B in hotel and retail real estate.

With experience across all continents and having lived in United Kingdom, Spain, Argentina, France, and the United States, Edouard is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. He is deeply passionate about the impact of new technologies on the industry and is committed to sustainability innovation.

Edouard holds a Master of Science in Management from the City University of London, UK, and a Master of Science in Business from ESCP Europe in Paris, France.
