Florencia joined SAHIC in 2017. Her career, with more than 25 years in the hospitality sector, began at the Alvear Palace Hotel. In that prestigious hotel, she had the opportunity to train with “Great Teachers”, among them Mr. Arturo Garcia Rosa, President & Manager Director in that period. There she assumed responsibilities in Food & Beverage and Public Relations Departments.

For six years, she was Director of Food & Beverage Department at the Hotel Emperador Buenos Aires and for more than 10 years, she assumed the responsibility of being Manager of Ristorante BICE - Buenos Aires - positioning the brand among the Best Italian Restaurants in the City.

Florencia has extensive experience in Operations. Their strength lies in the Events Planning & Organization, in Training the Work Teams and offering the best Customer Service.

Florencia se incorporó a SAHIC en 2017. Su carrera, con más de 25 años en el sector de la hotelería, comenzó en el Alvear Palace Hotel. En ese prestigioso hotel, tuvo la oportunidad de entrenar con "Grandes Maestros", entre ellos el Sr. Arturo García Rosa, Presidente y Director Gerente en ese período. Allí asumió responsabilidades en los Departamentos de Alimentos y Bebidas y Relaciones Públicas.

Durante seis años fue Directora de la Dirección de Alimentos y Bebidas del Hotel Emperador Buenos Aires y durante más de 10 años asumió la responsabilidad de ser Gerente del Ristorante BICE Buenos Aires posicionando la marca entre los Mejores Restaurantes Italianos de la Ciudad.

Florencia tiene una amplia experiencia en Operaciones. Su fuerza radica en la organización y planificación de eventos, en la capacitación de los equipos de trabajo y en ofrecer el mejor servicio al cliente.
