Gastão Valente joined GIC in 2013.

Gastão has more than 20 years of professional experience, including 12 years in Real Estate investments. He worked as a Director at Brazilian Capital (from 2003 until 2012) and at BTG Pactual (from 2012 until 2013). He worked with Foreign Trade at Deloitte Consulting (from 1999 until 2003).  He graduated from PUC-RIO as Economist and has a Master´s degree in Economics with emphasis in Finance from the Université de Montréal (Canada).
