Since 2018, I have been a member of the board and the audit committee president of a company listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange, the board and audit committee of a private company, the investment committee of a CKD, and the executive committee of the board and treasurer of the American Chamber of Commerce Monterrey chapter. 

KPMG México | 1995 to 2017

Managing Partner 

Starting in 1996, named Northeast Audit Managing Partner in 2005. Promoted in 2010 as the Northeast Managing Partner.

From 1995 to 2007, I led acquisitions by the KPMG team in more than 35 countries; while serving multinational companies listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange in Mexico and in the United States of America (NYSE) from different industries. Issued opinions on financial statements through Form 20-F and internal accounting control following the Sarbanes - Oxley Act. ParticipateD in various initial public offerings (IPOs) in Mexico and the United States of America, as well as issuances of debt and equity instruments with distribution in Mexico, the United States of America, and Europe for a cumulative amount on these transactions above $10 trillion dollars.

Executive Education Program – During my professional career, I have attended various education programs at business universities in the United States of America. I took the D2 program at IPADE. To date, I have attended several courses and updates on NIFs, IFRSs, US GAAP, Rules and Regulations of the CNBV as well as various updates on the rules of the SEC of the United States of America and the PCAOB in different institutions in Mexico and the United States of America | 1990 - 2017

Admitido a la sociedad en 1996, en 2005 fui nombrado socio director de auditoria de la región noreste y en 2010 fui nombrado socio director de la región noreste.

De 1995 a 2007 lideré adquisiciones por parte del equipo de KPMG en más de 35 países y atendí compañías multinacionales registradas en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores en México y en los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica (NYSE) de diferentes industrias. Emití opiniones de estados financieros a través de la Forma 20-F y de control interno contable conforme a la Ley Sarbanes – Oxley. Participe en varias ofertas públicas iniciales (IPOs) en México y en los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, así como diversas emisiones de instrumentos de deuda y de capital con distribución en México, en los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y en Europa por un monto acumulado superior a los $10 billones de dólares.
