Bachelor of Business Administration, with studies in a master's degree in Economic Development from the Center of Advanced National Studies – CAEN, with a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management from the School of Management of the University of Piura and Public Investment from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and studies in Master's in Disability Integration.

Consultant in Social Development, Tourism, and Creative Industries. She has extensive experience in Handicrafts, Tourism, and Social Development and has been a speaker at forums of international organizations.

She has served as Advisor to the Ministerial Office of Foreign Trade and Tourism, National Director of Tourism Training Center of Peru for 8 years, and National Director of Handicrafts at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism and at the Technological Innovation Centers for Handicrafts and Tourism, responsible for the Tourism Development initiative "From My Land A Product". She participated in the elaboration of health protocols for the reactivation of economic activities in the Tourism Sector.

Currently, she is the Deputy Minister of Tourism at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism - MINCETUR.

Administradora de Empresas, con estudios de maestría en Desarrollo Económico por el Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales – CAEN, con postgrado en Dirección Estratégica de Empresas del PAD de la UDEP e Inversión Pública por la Universidad Católica del Perú y estudios de Maestría en Integración de Personas con Discapacidad.

Consultora en Desarrollo Social, Turismo e Industrias Creativas. Posee una gran experiencia en temas de Artesanía, Turismo y Desarrollo Social y expositora en foros de organismos internacionales.

Ha sido Asesora en el Despacho Ministerial de Comercio Exterior y Turismo. Directora Nacional del Centro de Formación para el Turismo del Perú por 8 años y Directora Nacional de Artesanías del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo y de los Centros de Innovación Tecnológica de Artesanía y Turismo, responsable de la iniciativa de Desarrollo Turístico “De Mi Tierra Un Producto”. Participó en la elaboración de los protocolos sanitarios para la reactivación de las actividades económicas del Sector Turismo. Amplia experiencia en sector privado.

Actualmente, es Viceministra de Turismo del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo – MINCETUR.
