Maximiliano Pazo, is a senior hotel executive with more than 10 years leadership experience in Latam region, managing the operations of different hospitality groups.

He has a successful track record of developing the operations strategy at different stages of the hotel life-cycle like the development of new outlets, F&B Concepts and opening of new hotels.

Maximiliano is currently Director of Hospitality Business for Urbanova.

He was Intursa's Director of Operations, the largest owner/operator of Marriott Hotels in Peru (also known as Libertador Hotels, Resorts and Spas & Inversiones La Rioja). Intursa has a portfolio composed of urban luxury hotels, award-winning destination resorts, and distinctive select-service hotels. He also served as manager for different Belmond hotels part of the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) portfolio, an international holding leader in luxury and owner of 76 renowned brands around the world, and he worked leading F&B teams in operations for Accor Group & Intercontinental.

Maximiliano holds a Hospitality Management degree from Universidad de Moron (Argentina) and also, for his passion for gastronomy and enology he studied Cave & Restaurante Sommelier at the Escuela Argentina de Vinos (Argentina).
