Michael is Slovakian/Colombian with more than 19 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, and gastronomy sector from Europe, Central and South America. Mr. Leon has strong background in hotel and real estate development, international sales, commercial negotiations, owners, and investors relations, pre-opening, management, and market study.

Currently as Development Director for Marriott International, responsible to Identify top-quality prospects in Northern part of South America (including Brazil) and deliver on the company’s strategic growth plans to ensure the expansion of all the Marriott brands.

Michael has travelled the word and speaks fluently English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Czech and Slovak.
