Nicolas Martinez is Accor´s Vice President of Development for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

Nicolas Joined Accor in 2021 where he is responsible for leading the development strategy and team, for all Accor and Ennismore brands across the region.

Before joining Accor, Nicolas worked at Hilton as Director of Development for Mexico. Prior to that, Nicolas worked for JLL Hotels & Hospitality as part of the Strategic Advisory and Asset Management division for Mexico where he was responsible for conducting hotel underwritings, operator selections, as well as feasibility and market studies across the region. He also worked in the asset management division overseeing luxury assets across Mexico.

Nicolas has also served as director of finance for Hilton, where he worked for several years in Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Nicolas has a bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, and holds a Master´s degree in Financial Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam.
