Ricardo Mader Rodrigues has over 39 years of experience in consulting and valuation for the Real Estate Industry with an emphasis on Hospitality and Tourism, nationally and internationally, working in 10 countries in Latin America and other regions. His experience includes market research and analysis, facilities evaluation, financial projections, valuations, development of marketing strategies and marketing plans, planning and development assistance, operational evaluations and management and franchise contract negotiations. 

Mr. Mader Mader has been quoted in various industry publications and has been a guest speaker on numerous topics in hospitality and tourism seminars, in Brazil and abroad. 

Mr. Mader is certified as a MRICS. 

He has been working as an Asset Manager in more than 35 hotels managed by different Hotel Companies, representing the interests of the owners. 

He is a graduate of the Business Administration School of Fundação Getulio Vargas, Sao Paulo, Brazil. He has undertaken further study in hotel management, strategic planning for the hotel industry, and consulting for hotels and related industries at the "School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University
