Roxana joined WTTC in February 2020, she oversees the relation with the Private Industry within the Latin America and the Caribbean Region.

With wide experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, she has worked in important organizations such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, the Mexico Tourism Board and most recently at Destination Canada for the Mexican market.

Throughout her career she has coordinated several important world-class projects, including COP 16, WTTC – The Americas Summit, T20, Tianguis Turístico, Canadá a Voces, WTTC Global Summit, in addition to the participation of Mexico. in important international fairs such as FITUR, JATA, ABAV, ILTM WTM, among many others.

During her career she has developed skills in brand image, tourism promotion, public relations and events coordination.

She is a graduate of the Universidad de las Américas, Puebla and has degrees from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico as well as the Johannes Kepler Universität in Linz, Austria.

Roxana se unió al WTTC en febrero 2020, y actualmente está a carho de la relación con la industria en Latinoamérica y el Caribe.

Con amplia experiencia en el sector turístico ha trabajado en importantes organismos como la Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores de México, El Consejo de Promoción Turística de México y recientemente en Destination Canada para el mercado mexicano.

A lo largo de su carrera ha coordinado una gran cantidad de importantes proyectos de clase mundial, entre los que destacan: COP 16, WTTC - cumbre las Américas, T20, Macrorueda de la Alianza del Pacifiico y Tianguis Turístico, Además de la participación de México en importantes ferias internacionales como FITUR, JATA, ABAV, ILTM WTM, entre muchas otras.

Durante su carrera ha desarrollado habilidades en imagen de marca, promoción turística, relaciones públicas y coordinación de eventos.

Es egresada de la Univeridad de las Américas, Puebla y tiene diplomados en La Universidad Panamericana en México así como en Johannes Kepler Universität en Linz, Austria.
